Spoken English Trainer

**Job description**

**Key Roles & Responsibilities**:
You have to
- Teach Spoken English & Personality Grooming trainers, IELTS & PTE (Training will be given to freshers)
- Manage the class, prepare the scheme of work and lesson plans
- Prepare and conduct lessons, making teaching plans for Spoken English.
- Prepare study material and content creation for website & digital marketing.
- Prepare 2 videos in a week for digital marketing purposes related to our courses and about our unique teaching style.
- Deliver lessons and provide the necessary supervision to students as a mentor.
- Provide necessary supervision to the students, manage the classroom, and address discipline issues.
- Prepare mock tests.
- Monitor the performance and progress of each student and arrange academic counselling for students with the help of a counsellor.
- Teach students according to their aptitude (Differentiated Teaching)
- Regular feedback one to one discussion to assess needs of the students.
- Perform Intervention duties: Identify and discuss students’ academic needs with parents/academic team/student relations to find a way to help students.
- Basic administration such as keeping student fee records, attendance records and to maintain EOD reports daily.
- Ask students to give google feedback & follow our social media pages.
- Attend team meetings and staff development workshops
- Support scheduled organization’s holistic activities when directed to do so
- Oversee and advise the assigned non-academic / Co-curricular activities
- Enable students to attain desired scores.
- Collaborate with the team in curriculum development, appraisal system, and project management.
- Conduct training for new teammates and assist them in understanding their work and company culture.
- Perform any other tasks as may be assigned as needed.
- Achieve assigned key performance indicator target.

**Job Type**:Part-time

**Salary**:₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

**Expected hours**: 48 per week

**Supplemental pay types**:

- Yearly bonus

**Education**:

- Bachelor's / Master’s (required)

**Experience**:

- Total Spoken English : 1 year (required)

**Language**:

- English fluently (required)
- Hindi (required)
- Any other additional language (Added Advantage)

**Shift availability**:

- Day Shift (preferred)

**Expected Start Date: 01/06/2024**

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
