Key Responsibilities:
Training and Teaching (80%):
1. Teach hospitality courses (e.g., hotel operations, food and beverage management, customer service).
2. Develop and deliver interactive training sessions.
3. Conduct workshops, seminars, and demonstrations.
4. Evaluate student performance and provide feedback.
Curriculum Development (10%):
1. Contribute to curriculum development and revision.
2. Ensure alignment with industry standards and accreditation requirements.
Industry Collaboration (5%):
1. Establish partnerships with hospitality organizations for internships and job placements.
2. Engage with industry experts for guest lectures and workshops.
Mentoring and Advising (5%):
1. Provide academic and professional guidance to students.
2. Foster industry connections and networking opportunities.
**Requirements**:
1. Bachelor's/Master's degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
2. Minimum 2 years of industry experience in hospitality (hotel, restaurant, event management).
3. Teaching experience in hospitality education (preferred).
4. Strong knowledge of hospitality operations, management, and trends.
5. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Certification in hospitality (CHIA, CHT, etc.).
2. Experience with adult learning principles and instructional design.
3. Familiarity with accreditation standards (e.g., ACHE, ACP).
4. Research and publication record in hospitality management.
Pay: ₹9,123.85 - ₹32,797.90 per month
Schedule:

- Kottayam, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
