Job Role: Aari Embroidery Worker

**Job Description**:
We are seeking a skilled and talented Aari Embroidery Worker to join our team. As an Aari Embroidery Worker, you will be responsible for creating intricate and beautiful embroidery designs using the Aari embroidery technique. This position offers free accommodation and a daily wage ranging from 700 to 1000 Indian Rupees.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Execute Aari embroidery work based on provided designs and patterns.

2. Handle and maintain Aari embroidery tools and equipment.

3. Select appropriate threads, beads, and sequins for embroidery projects.

4. Create unique and intricate designs on fabric, ensuring high-quality craftsmanship.

5. Collaborate with designers or clients to understand their requirements and incorporate them into the embroidery work.

6. Follow established guidelines and specifications for each project, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.

7. Complete embroidery projects within the given timeframe.

8. Inspect and assess completed work to ensure it meets quality standards.

9. Maintain a clean and organized work area.

10. Collaborate with other team members to accomplish collective goals.

**Requirements**:
1. Proven experience as an Aari Embroidery Worker, showcasing a strong portfolio of previous work.

2. In-depth knowledge of the Aari embroidery technique, including proficiency in using the Aari needle and other related tools.

4. Ability to interpret and execute designs based on provided patterns and instructions.

5. Good understanding of color combinations and the ability to select appropriate threads, beads, and sequins.

6. Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality craftsmanship.

7. Strong hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.

8. Excellent time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.

9. Effective communication skills to collaborate with designers, clients, and other team members.

10. Willingness to work as part of a team and contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment.

**Salary**: ₹12,500.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Supplemental pay types:

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Nagercoil, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- Secondary(10th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)
- Design: 1 year (preferred)
