As a back office assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to ensure the smooth operation of the back office functions. You will perform various tasks, including data entry, file management, correspondence handling, and assisting with general office duties. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will contribute to the efficiency and effectiveness of our operations.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Data Entry and Database Management**:

- Input and update data into computer systems or databases accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain and organize electronic and paper files.
- Perform regular data quality checks to ensure accuracy and integrity.
- **Correspondence Handling**:

- Respond to inquiries and requests from clients, customers, and colleagues in a timely and professional manner.
- Forward relevant information to appropriate staff members or departments as needed.
- **Administrative Support**:

- Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for staff members.
- Prepare documents, reports, presentations, and other materials as required.
- Coordinate office supplies and equipment maintenance.
- **Record Keeping and Reporting**:

- Maintain records of transactions, expenses, invoices, and other relevant documents.
- Generate reports and summaries as requested by management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures regarding record-keeping.
- **Team Collaboration**:

- Collaborate with other team members and departments to facilitate communication and workflow.
- Provide support during special projects or events as needed.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in office administration is a plus.
- Proven experience in an administrative or clerical role, preferably in a back-office environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
- Adaptability and willingness to learn new tasks and procedures.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
