Responsibilities:
- Greet customers as they enter the store and answer any questions they may have
- Operate the point of sale (POS) system, process payments, and handle cash transactions accurately
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the store's front area, including the front desk, waiting area, and display cases
- Manage incoming and outgoing calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual
- Keep track of store inventory and restock merchandise as needed
- Assist with daily store operations and assist customers with their purchases
- Manage customer complaints and resolve any issues that may arise in a professional and timely manner
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to store policies and procedures
Work Experience:
- Previous experience in a customer service or retail environment is preferred
**Skills**:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in using point of sale systems and basic computer skills
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and perform basic arithmetic calculations
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently
**Education**:
- High school diploma or equivalent is required
**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
**Salary**: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
