**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:
Implementing and managing Risk Management System (RMS) procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Monitoring and analyzing trading activities to identify and mitigate potential risks.

Managing trade settlements, reconciliations, and clearing activities efficiently.

Handling client queries and providing support for back-office operations.

Collaborating with other teams to streamline processes and enhance operational efficiency.

Generating reports and maintaining documentation for audit purposes.

Staying updated with market trends and regulatory changes affecting back-office operations.

**Requirements**:
2 to 5 years of experience in RMS and back-office operations within the share market industry.

Strong understanding of financial markets, trading mechanisms, and regulatory frameworks.

Excellent analytical skills with the ability to identify and assess risks effectively.

Proficiency in relevant software and tools used in RMS and back-office operations.

Good communication and interpersonal skills for client interactions and team collaboration.

Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Relevant certifications or qualifications in finance or related fields preferred.
