HDK Beauty India is seeking a dynamic and motivated MBA intern to join our Business Development team. This internship offers a unique opportunity for individuals to gain hands-on experience in the beauty industry and contribute to strategic initiatives that drive growth and innovation. As an MBA intern, you will work closely with experienced professionals and have exposure to various aspects of business development, market analysis, and strategy formulation.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Market Research and Analysis**: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the beauty and personal care industry. Analyze consumer preferences, competitor strategies, and market dynamics to inform business decisions.
- **Business Strategy Development**: Assist in the development of strategic plans to expand HDK Beauty India's presence in the market. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities, develop growth strategies, and optimize existing processes.
- **Partnership and Alliances**: Identify potential partnerships, alliances, and collaborations to enhance HDK Beauty India's product offerings and market reach. Evaluate partnership opportunities, negotiate agreements, and support the implementation of partnership initiatives.
- **Sales and Revenue Analysis**: Support the analysis of sales data and revenue performance to track progress against targets and identify areas for improvement. Generate insights to optimize pricing strategies, promotional activities, and product distribution channels.
- **Project Management**: Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of business development projects. Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure timely delivery and successful implementation of initiatives.
- **Presentation and Reporting**: Prepare presentations, reports, and other materials to communicate key findings, insights, and recommendations to senior management. Contribute to the development of business cases and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.

**Qualifications**:

- Pursuing an MBA degree with a focus on Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, analyze trends, and generate insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to take initiative and drive projects forward.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and data analysis tools.
- Passion for the beauty and personal care industry, with a desire to learn and grow professionally.

**Salary**: ₹8,086.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
- Quarterly bonus
