Tobacco Leaf Blender

**Responsibilities**:
1. Create and maintain quality control standards for tobacco leaf blends.
2. Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure efficient production of high-quality tobacco products.
3. Analyze tobacco leaf samples to determine the best blend for each product.
4. Continuously innovate and improve the tobacco blending process.
5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new tobacco products, and blending techniques.

**Requirements**:
1. At least 4-5 years of experience as a tobacco leaf blender.
2. In-depth knowledge of tobacco varieties, curing processes, and grading systems.
3. Strong understanding of tobacco blending techniques and processes.
4. Excellent sensory analysis skills to differentiate tobacco characteristics.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
7. A bachelor's degree in agriculture, food science, or related field is preferred.

**Salary**: ₹40,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month

- Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
