Job Description: Receptionist (Airline/Hospitality Industry)

Position Overview:
**Responsibilities**:
Greet and welcome visitors, ensuring a positive and friendly first impression.

Assist in handling reservations, check-ins, and check-outs, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

Provide information about services, facilities, and promotions to guests or visitors.

Maintain a neat and organized reception area, making sure it reflects our brand's image.

Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional and courteous manner.

Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless communication and guest satisfaction.

Manage administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and organizing documents.

Assist in arranging meetings, conferences, and events, as required.

Collaborate with the housekeeping team to ensure cleanliness and orderliness in common areas.

Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring security and confidentiality.

Handle cash transactions and maintain a petty cash fund for small expenses.

Any other duties as assigned to support the smooth operation of the establishment.

**Qualifications**:
Completion of a hospitality course from a recognized institution is preferred.

Prior experience in the airline or hospitality industry is a strong asset, but fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor.

Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.

Proficiency in using standard office software and equipment.

Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

A positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt.

Ability to maintain composure under pressure and handle challenging situations with tact.

Fluency in English (spoken and written) is essential; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.

Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
