**RESPONSIBLITIES**

(a) The security officer shall be responsible of Handover and Takeover of AEPs.

(c) Ensuring the minimum standards for the staff recruitment in coordination with HR.

(d) Arranging back ground check of all Airport Services Private Limited staff recruited.

(e) Arranging, imparting of AVSEC Awareness training periodically.

(f) Monitoring the activities of all staff.

(g) Ensuring rotation of staff deployment for various duties.

(h) Coordination with the Airline Security in Charge, ASG, APSU, BCAS, CSO of Airport Operator.

(i) Bringing awareness to staff on bomb threats.

(j) Random frisking of the cleaning staff by the Security Coordinator in order to ensure restriction on prohibited items.

(k) Security Coordinator of the shall ensure that constant surveillance shall be maintained on all personnel working in and around the aircraft, until departure of the flight.

(l) Security Coordinator shall educate and ensure that whenever the trans-shipment cargo is handled by their loaders, that they are not involving in undesirable activities such as pilferage, theft. Any staff involved in any undesirable activities, proper action should be taken against him which may include penal action, black listing of the staff.

(m) Security Coordinator shall the loaders handling high value cargo, the importance of cargo, the importance of maintaining. Care and secure handling of such cargo under proper supervision from the point where it is accepted to handling over to the right person.

(o) The Security coordinator shall also ensure that the drivers or accompanying staff in the vehicle are not using the vehicle for transporting prohibited items or banned or contraband item.

(p) The Security Coordinator need to ensure that the character and antecedent’s verification of the staff and other staff (Indians) will be done through state police/intelligence agencies.

(q) The Security Coordinator need to ensure that No foreign national shall be deployed at the airports and in airline office in India without prior security clearance from appropriate authority.

(r) The Security Coordinator need to ensure that proper records of background check of all employees deployed in India shall be maintained. Such records shall be produced by the security officer of the or of the airlines to the BCAS inspecting officers on demand as and when required.

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Graduation is mandatory.
- Person should be in possession of Indian Passport.
