**1. Shop Keeper**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers and assist them in choosing printing services/products.
- Handle customer inquiries, orders, and complaints in a courteous and professional manner.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shop area.
- Manage inventory levels and reorder supplies as needed.
- Operate printing equipment and ensure it is in good working condition.
- Process payments accurately using POS systems.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Uphold company policies and procedures.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a shopkeeper or similar role, preferably in a printing or retail environment.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with POS systems.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work weekends or evenings as needed

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹9,500.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
