IT Implementation

We are seeking two highly motivated and mission-driven individuals to join our team as IT Implementation & Support Specialists. In this role, you will play a crucial role helping our clients transition to a new HIMS (Hospital Information Management System). You will be responsible for supporting staff with the adoption of this new technology, ensuring a smooth and efficient implementation process.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology (IT), or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a healthcare IT support role or a similar environment
- Proven experience with HIMS systems and their functionalities
- Strong understanding of cloud-based software solutions
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

**Responsibilities**:

- **End-User Support**: Provide ongoing technical support to nurses, doctors, and other staff members, addressing their questions and troubleshooting any issues they encounter with the HIMS system.
- **Technology Adoption**: Develop and implement strategies to promote user adoption of the new system, including creating user guides, conducting training sessions, and providing ongoing support.
- **Communication & Support Service**:Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service to staff members. Must be able to explain technical concepts in a clear and concise manner.
- **Problem-Solving**:Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and the ability to identify the root cause of issues to provide effective solutions.
- **Change Management**: Collaborate with clinical and administrative leadership to develop and implement a comprehensive training plan for staff.
- **HIMS Expertise**: Possess a strong understanding of HIMS functionalities and best practices for clinical documentation.
- **Data Integrity**: Work collaboratively with clinical and IT teams to ensure data accuracy and completeness within the HIMS system (e.g., by promoting best practices for documentation).
- **Technical Skills**: Proficient in using computers, tablets, and cloud-based software. Comfortable working with Wi-Fi, Microsoft Windows, and setting up desktops and PCs.
- **Network Knowledge**: Have a good understanding of basic computer network concepts.
- **Training & Development**: Be enthusiastic about training others and fostering a culture of continuous learning within the hospital.

**Salary**: From ₹13,000.00 per month

Day range:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

- Fixed shift

- Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:
