Physics Faculty

Your primary responsibility will be to support the main physics teacher in delivering effective and engaging physics lessons to students attending tuition classes. You will work closely with the main teacher to create a conducive learning environment and ensure students' understanding and progress in physics concepts.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist the main physics teacher in preparing lesson plans, instructional materials, and teaching aids.
- Support the main teacher in conducting physics classes by demonstrating experiments, solving problems, and explaining complex concepts to students.
- Provide individualized attention and guidance to students during class activities and assignments.
- Assist in assessing and evaluating students' progress through regular tests, quizzes, and homework assignments.
- Help maintain discipline and manage classroom behavior to ensure a positive and productive learning atmosphere.
- Collaborate with the main teacher to identify areas where students are struggling and develop strategies to address their learning needs.
- Provide feedback to the main teacher regarding students' performance, behavior, and areas for improvement.

**Qualification**:

- A bachelor's degree in physics or a related field. A master's degree in physics or education is preferred.
- Prior experience in teaching physics, preferably in a tuition or coaching environment.
- Strong knowledge of physics concepts and the ability to explain them clearly to students.

**Job Type**: Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
