Admission Counselor

**Job Summary**:
**NOTE: POSITION OPEN ONLY FOR FEMALE CANDIDATES.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective students and their families throughout the admissions process.
- Provide accurate and detailed information about the school's programs, curriculum, admission requirements, and policies.
- Conduct individual and group tours of the school facilities, showcasing the school's features, resources, and unique offerings.
- Conduct informational sessions, open houses, and recruitment events to engage with potential students and parents.
- Evaluate applicants' qualifications and make recommendations regarding admission decisions.
- Assist with financial aid processes, including providing information on scholarships, grants, and tuition payment plans.
- Maintain and update the admissions database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and distribute admission-related materials, brochures, and online content.
- Establish and maintain relationships with feeder schools, educational consultants, and community organizations to promote the school and recruit prospective students.
- Participate in professional development activities to stay updated on trends and best practices in admissions counseling.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, or a related field.
- Previous experience in admissions counseling or a similar role is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with prospective students and their families.
- Knowledge of educational programs, admission procedures, and financial aid options.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a student-centered approach.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends for admissions events as required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
