**Job Purpose**:
We are seeking a field Salesperson to join our marble/stone/granite industry sales team. As a filed Salesperson, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products to builder, Architect, Interior Designer as well as individual customers through cold Callings and visits. Your goal will be to generate sales leads, build relationships with customers, and drive revenue growth for the company.

**Responsibilities**:
**Sales Generation**:

- Proactively identify and generate sales leads within the target market.
- Reach out to potential customers through Cold calls and visits.
- Present product offerings, explain features and benefits and highlight competitive advantages to prospects.
- Utilize informative selling techniques to convert leads into sales.

**Quotation and Proposal Preparation**:

- Prepare accurate and competitive quotations and proposals based on customer requirements.
- Follow up on quotations and proposals to secure sales opportunities.

**Order Processing and Documentation**:

- Process sales orders accurately and efficiently.
- Ensure timely coordination with the production team to meet customer delivery requirements.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, sales activities, and order information in the CRM system.
- Need to achieve all the target which are given by the Management.

**Desired Skills**:

- Previous experience in sales, preferably in the building materials industry or related field or B to B sales.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with customers.
- Excellent negotiation selling skills.
- Solid understanding of sales techniques and principles.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and driven to achieve sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Additional benefit Understanding the features and advantages of marble, stone, and granite products.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales department.

**Education**:

- BA/BCom/BBA or equivalent in the field of sales.
- Working knowledge of computers and modern communication devices

**CTC per annum**:
2.40 to 4.50 Lacs

**Total Experience**:
2 to 5 Years
