**JOB DESCRIPTION / RESPONSIBILITIES**

**- Understand & collect the business & customer needs on Digital & I4.0 scope.**
**- Convert the Business ideas to POCs and deliverable projects**
**- Manage Projects to ensure timely completion to ensure the resources are aligned**
**- Define KPIs for each Industry 4.0 project, monitor their progress, and ensure that they meet the desired expectations**
**- Create a roadmap aligned with the business objectives and customer requirements.**
**- POC, Scripting, Documentation of new i4.0 Projects**
**- Master data control, Plant interface, Testing, Roll out of projects**
**- support, training, and guidance for both new and existing projects, ensuring a smooth transition and ongoing assistance as needed.**
**- Ensure cybersecurity compliance in all I4.0 initiatives & OT network.**
**- Responsible for implementation of Global Applications.**
**- Responsible for IT-OT connectivity across the factory.**
**- Responsible for integration between field instruments and IoT edge devices.**
**- Support to develop project plans,schedules to complete projects within budgets.**
**- Preparing RFQ, technical acceptance report, and project sign off document.**

**NATURE OF EXPERIENCE**

**Exposure required on,**
**- Lean Manufacturing and DevOps concepts understanding**
**- Experience/ Knowledge of Agile Methodology**
**- Experience in project management and demonstrate proficiency in effectively leading and managing teams**
**- Experience/ Knowledge of Industry 4.0 methodologies/standards.**
**- Knowledge of real-time monitoring of manufacturing machines**
**- Must have production shop floor experience**
**- Hands on experience in Ignition, Python and MLOps will be a plus.**
**- Knowledge in Android & IOS platforms will be an added advantage**

**- Able to understand PLC, SCADA, Robot programs and make modifications when necessary.**

**- Automation Protocols - Modbus RTU & TCP/IP, CAN, ProfiNET, Ethernet TCP**
**- Experience in SQL Database, MQTT communication.**
