Inside Sales Executive

**About our Company**
SpeEdLabs, founded by IIT/IIM alumni, is an adaptive practice platform that provides learners with artificial intelligence enabled personalized practice-based learning. Students of CBSE and ICSE boards from class 7th onwards can take advantage of the platform. The platform also helps students prepare for IIT JEE and NEET entrance exams.
**Responsibilities**:
- Conduct sales activities to acquire new B2B clients for SpeEdLabs Ed Tech Company.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential clients through effective communication.
- Understand client needs and propose suitable solutions from our product offerings.
- Prepare and present proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals.
- Keep accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
- Collaborate with the sales team to share insights and best practices.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitors' offerings.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the education or technology sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Resides in a metro city with easy access to potential clients.
- Comfortable with remote work and possesses a laptop and reliable Wi-Fi connection.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
