**Roles and Responsibility**

JD for Backend

**Responsibilities**:

- Technical Design, Implementation and Deployment Support.
- Perform development and unit testing, working closely with business.
- Mentor and oversee the development of fellow developers.
- Creating low level designs based on the HLD solutions.
- Perform code reviews and adhere to standard coding practices.
- Contribute to all the phases of development life cycle.
- Working on prototypes and suggesting multiple solutions based on findings.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor?s degree or better in CS or related field, with 7-8 years? experience in software development, including creating/maintaining highly scalable and resilient systems.
- Should have hands on experience in Java 8.
- Exposure to best practices in Micro-service design and development.
- Good experience in development using spring-boot.
- Strong experience in using Kafka and building high-volume, scalable solutions.
- Knowledge of NOSQL, Aerospike and Redis.
- Should have very good understanding of Design patterns, Asnyc Programming paradigm and algotrithms.
- Good knowledge of Oracle and SQL.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, troubleshooting skills.
- Experience using Docker, AWS/ GCP/PCF is a good to have.
