LOCATION

Bandar Enstek, Negeri Sembilan - Malaysia

RESPONSIBILITIES
- To lead, train and develop a team of deem relevant and assign by the Manager to achieve in department requirement.
- Involved in day to day of inventory operation which includes supervision, training, coaching, reporting and improvement effort.
- To ensure all equipment in facility are functioning well to support operations - such as, but not limited to, dock shelter, dock leveler, freezer doors, evaporator units & material handling units.
- Collaboration with all departments & external parties to ensure smooth operation, including liaise directly with all internal departments such as, but not limited to, Finance, Purchasing, Warehouse, Production, Planning and 3rd Party Warehouses.
- Responsible for driving process improvement initiative to enhance inventory management to improve FIFO, FEFO and inventory Record Accuracy (IRA).
- Manage and support warehouse operation team for warehouse capacity planning.
- Support the stock take activities & achieve the accuracy on stock count data entry, verification, variances, reconciliation for all locations.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's and/or master’s degree in supply chain management, business administration, economics or other relevant fields.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in the native languages of the Malaysian-Bahasa and English is required.
- Familiar with SAP & knowledge in safety OSHA, GMP & Food Safety & Food Security is preferred.
