Bengaluru, India LSEG (London Stock Exchange Group) Full time

Support the first line Cyber Security Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) function.
- Establish and oversee the maintenance of a Cyber GRC calendar of activities. Maintain key document repositories to ensure records are kept up-to-date.
- Draft and update documents such as reports and presentations.
- Co-ordinate metric and reporting input for management presentations, service reporting and risk reporting, ensuring timely submission.
- Coordinate raising purchase orders, oversee receipt of invoices for the GRC team and tracking of costs.
- Co-ordinate and manage calendars for key meetings across Cyber GRC Function.
- Diary and day-to-day administrative assistance support to the Cyber Security GRC Director
