**Key Responsibilities of Sales Tele Callers**
- On time reaching out of digital marketing leads, leads sent through WhatsApp, google my business, Ecom etc.
- Generating leads segment wise - iPhone, iMac, iPad & iWatch
- Handling both inbound and outbound class
- Be customer-centric
- Obtaining customer information and other relevant data in reaching out the customer easily
- Asking few basic questions to the customer to understand their requirements
- Explaining about the current offers and validity of the offers / discounts
- Taking and passing the leads to the respective store managers as per the customer geography
- Maintaining the database of each and every customers
- Contacting existing customers as well as prospective customers for conversion as and when required

This Job Position reports to Cluster Manager

**Key Competencies of Tele caller**
- Prior experience as a tele caller or similar.
- Computer literate.
- Good interpersonal skills and attention to detail
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to switch your communication style on a whim.
- Capacity to receive critique without internalizing it.
- Ability to work in a team or individually as and when required.
- Ability to manage and handle multiple tasks.
- Hard-working individual.
- Good time management abilities.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹13,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
