**Job Title**: Quality Assurance (QA)

Experience:

- 6 months-1 Year

**Location**: Mohali, Punjab

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Quality Testing and Audits**:

- Conduct regular tests and quality checks on products, processes, or services to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Document and report test results, highlighting areas of improvement and non-compliance.
- Perform root cause analysis on quality issues and recommend corrective actions.
- **Process Improvement**:

- Identify opportunities for improving quality processes and workflows to increase efficiency and reduce defects.
- Collaborate with production or service teams to implement process improvements and best practices.
- Monitor the effectiveness of improvements and update procedures as needed.
- **Compliance and Standards**:

- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and quality management standards (e.g., ISO, Six Sigma).
- Keep up to date with regulatory changes and ensure that the organization adheres to applicable legal and quality standards.
- Maintain detailed records of all quality activities for audit purposes.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:

- Prepare and maintain QA documentation, such as test cases, reports, quality manuals, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Track and report key quality metrics, including defect rates, compliance rates, and customer feedback.
- Communicate quality issues and resolutions to the management team and stakeholders.
- **Product Development Support**:

- Work closely with the product development and production teams to ensure quality standards are met from the initial stages of product development.
- Conduct quality reviews of new products or updates to existing products before they are released to the market.
- **Customer Satisfaction**:

- Collaborate with customer service teams to analyze customer complaints and feedback.
- Ensure prompt investigation and resolution of customer-reported quality issues.
- Implement preventive measures to avoid recurrence of defects.
- **Training and Development**:

- Assist in the development and delivery of training programs related to quality assurance processes and procedures.
- Ensure that staff are well-trained in quality standards and that training records are up to date.
- **Risk Management**:

- Identify potential risks in production processes or services and suggest strategies to mitigate them.
- Assist in developing risk management plans related to quality assurance and control.
- **Supplier Quality Management**:

- Evaluate and monitor the quality of materials or products supplied by vendors.
- Work with suppliers to resolve any quality-related issues and ensure compliance with company standards.

Pay: ₹8,784.50 - ₹36,179.63 per month
