**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct detailed consultations with clients to understand their aesthetic goals, providing professional advice and recommendations on suitable treatments.
- Perform a variety of cosmetic procedures, including but not limited to skin care treatments, facial aesthetics, laser treatments, and other non-invasive cosmetic procedures.
- Maintain the highest standards of safety and hygiene before, during, and after treatments.
- Stay abreast of the latest trends and advancements in cosmetology and continually enhance skills through professional development opportunities offered by Cosderma.
- Educate clients on aftercare procedures and recommend home care products to enhance and extend the results of their treatments.
- Assist in the training and development of aspiring cosmetologists within the institute, sharing knowledge and expertise in cosmetology practices.
- Collaborate with the Cosderma team to develop new services and treatments that meet the evolving needs of our clientele.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships.

**Qualifications**:

- A licensed cosmetologist with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical or spa setting.
- Proficient in a broad range of cosmetic procedures, with a keen interest in staying updated on the latest cosmetic trends and technologies.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and team members.
- A commitment to high professional ethics, maintaining confidentiality and integrity in all client interactions.
- Strong teaching and mentoring skills, with the capacity to impart knowledge in an engaging and effective manner.
- Flexibility in working hours, including weekends and evenings, to accommodate the needs of our clients and training schedules.

**Salary**: ₹50,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
