**Responsibilities for Municipal Drawing / Proposal**
- To prepare Municipal drawings in CAD
- Preparation of Municipal & SRA proposal as per Mumbai DCPR 2034 & UDCPR
- Make revisions in a drawings based on customer requirements
- Compute mathematical formulas to find correct dimensions
- Coordinate with other teams to ensure the drawings are correct
- Prepare Municipal Drawings/ Proposal individually

**Qualifications for Drafter**
- 5-7 Experience
- Ability to stay organized
- Ability to juggle multiple projects at once
- Solid mathematical skills
- Knowledge of necessary regulations of Mumbai DCPR 2034 & UDCPR
- Great time management skills
- Ability to work on your own.

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)
