QUALIFICATION

B.TECH POLYMER ENGINEERING/ MSC CHEMISTRY.

AGE BELOW -25 TO 30

EXPERIENCE - YEARS

1. Testing of Finished Products as per Specification and Enter the parameters in

Batch Control Sheet. Also Paste the sample of packing slips in the sheet.

2. To Carry out in process checks like Fineness of Mill base after grinding ,

Temperature before Emulsion Addition and pH value and record the values in

batch control sheets.

3. Testing of Incoming Raw materials and compare values against the specification

and Test Certificate, if provided by supplier and make test report. Maintain

Master Samples of Raw materials.

4. Testing of Packing Materials against specification (Customer wise ) and make test

Record. Keep Master containers for Design and color approval.

5. Make evaluation of Non confirming Raw materials by making Laboratory Batch.

6. Random checking of Critical Raw materials like TiO2, Incan preservative and Film

Preservatives for correctness and accuracy in weight as per Formula Sheet.

**JOB DESCRIPTION - CHEMIST - R & D**

1. New Product Development and improving quality of existing Products as per

requirement of sales and Marketing.

2. To Carry out cost reduction in existing products by introducing New Raw materials

as well as change in processing technology.

3. Competitors Products evaluation for Bench marking and make report once in

every 6 months.

4. Vendor Development : Evaluate new /alternative raw materials from different

Vendors to keep the RM price under control.Develop multiple vendors for single

source Raw materials. Develop minimum 3 vendors for each Raw material.

5. Keep Records of all experimental work in Register and test records like

drawdowns in a file.

6. File all Technical Data Sheets and Material Safety Data Sheets category wise with

proper Index for easy accessibility.

7. Maintain list of all Lab equipment with Periodic Calibration records.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per year
