Schedule appointments and prioritize service requests.
Provide accurate time and cost estimates for services.

Keep customers informed about the status of their vehicles and any additional services needed.
Explain recommended services and repairs to customers, ensuring transparency.
Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
**Documentation**:
Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and service transactions.
Document vehicle problems and recommended solutions.
Upselling and Cross-selling:
Identify additional service and maintenance needs based on vehicle inspections.
Promote and sell service packages, maintenance plans, and accessories.
**Customer Satisfaction**:
Strive to exceed customer expectations by delivering exceptional service.
Gather customer feedback and take necessary actions to enhance service quality.
**Qualifications**:
Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in an automotive service setting.
**Communication Skills**:
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to explain technical information in a clear and understandable manner.
**Technical Knowledge**:
Basic understanding of automotive systems and components.
Ability to learn and stay updated on product knowledge.
