**Greeting Visitors and Clients**:
- Welcome guests in a polite and friendly manner.
- Provide information about the company or organization, directing visitors to the appropriate departments or individuals.
- **Managing Phone Calls**:
- Answer incoming calls, direct them to the correct staff member or department, or take accurate messages as needed.
- Respond to general inquiries and resolve minor issues when possible.
- **Scheduling and Appointments**:
- Schedule appointments or meetings for clients, staff, or executives.
- Maintain calendars and ensure that appointments are accurately logged and reminders are sent.
- **Administrative Support**:
- Manage office supplies and inventory, ensuring that items are ordered and stocked as needed.
- Assist with filing, data entry, and document management tasks.
- Prepare and distribute forms or paperwork to visitors or staff.
- **Handling Mail and Packages**:
- Receive and distribute incoming mail and packages.
- Prepare outgoing mail and courier shipments as needed.
- **Maintaining a Clean and Organized Front Area**:
- Keep the front desk area clean and tidy.
- Ensure brochures, flyers, or promotional materials are organized and easily accessible to visitors.
- **Security and Access Control**:
- Monitor building access and ensure that guests sign in or are escorted if required.
- Ensure that all security protocols are followed, including visitor badges and check-ins.
- **Problem Solving and Customer Service**:
- Address minor customer concerns or complaints in a professional manner.
- Serve as a liaison between staff and visitors, maintaining a positive environment.
**Qualifications**:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- Previous experience in customer service, office administration, or a similar role is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace).
- Ability to multitask and handle a high-volume work environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Professional demeanor and appearance.
Pay: ₹8,511.76 - ₹25,961.63 per month
