**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Answer all incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate party in a professional manner
- Greet clients and visitors as they come into the office, and provide any necessary assistance
- Handle all administrative tasks assigned by brokers and managers, including but not limited to preparing documents, scheduling appointments, and maintaining records
- Keep the reception area clean and organized at all times
- Monitor and order office supplies as needed
- Help plan and organize events hosted by the office
- Take accurate messages for agents who are out of the office or unavailable
- Perform light bookkeeping duties as needed
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures

**Required Skills and Qualifications**
- Proven experience as a receptionist, administrative assistant, or similar role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, with aptitude to learn new software and systems
- Solid organizational and time-management skills
- Friendly and professional demeanor

**Preferred Skills and Qualifications**
- Real estate experience
- Bilingual
- Comfortable handling confidential information

**Work Location : Sonipat, Haryana**

**Notice Period - Immediate to 30 Days**
