**Job Description: SEO and PPC Specialist**

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to improve website visibility and organic search rankings.
- Conduct keyword research to identify relevant search terms and trends.
- Optimize website content and structure for improved search engine indexing and ranking.
- Monitor and analyze website performance metrics, such as traffic, click-through rates, and conversions.
- Identify opportunities for on-page and off-page optimization and execute strategies accordingly.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithms, and best practices.
- Plan and execute PPC campaigns across various platforms, such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media.
- Perform keyword research, ad copywriting, and bid management to maximize ROI.
- Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven optimizations to improve click-through rates and conversion rates.
- Conduct A/B testing and experiments to optimize ad creatives, landing pages, and targeting.
- Generate regular reports on campaign performance and present findings to the marketing team.
- Collaborate with other teams, including content creators, web developers, and designers, to align SEO and PPC strategies with overall marketing objectives.
- Stay informed about industry developments and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and challenges.
- Provide recommendations for website improvements, content creation, and ad targeting based on SEO and PPC insights.
- Maintain a strong understanding of our target audience and industry trends to tailor campaigns effectively.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Proven experience in SEO and PPC management, with a track record of improving search rankings and driving measurable results.
- In-depth knowledge of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO best practices.
- Experience with keyword research tools, web analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics), and PPC advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Bing Ads).
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to inform decision-making and optimization strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and concisely.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.
- Creative problem solver with the ability to think strategically and adapt to changing priorities.
- Self-motivated and proactive with a passion for staying ahead of industry trends and best practices.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple projects simultaneously.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Google Ads certification or other relevant certifications.
- Experience with SEO and PPC tools, such as SEMrush, Moz, Ahrefs, or similar.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and website development principles.
- Experience with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento) and online retail marketing.
- Familiarity with content management systems and website optimization techniques.
- Previous experience in digital marketing or advertising agency settings.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
