Front Desk Receptionist

**Responsibilities**:
- **Front Desk Operations**:
- Greet visitors and clients in a warm and professional manner.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls promptly and accurately.
- Manage inquiries and provide basic information about the company.
- **Visitor Management**:
- Register and announce visitors, ensuring security and confidentiality.
- Coordinate with relevant staff members to facilitate smooth visitor experiences.
- **Administrative Support**:
- Assist with various administrative tasks, including sorting and distributing mail, managing appointments, and maintaining office supplies.
- Support other departments with clerical tasks as needed.
- **Communication Handling**:
- Relay messages and information to appropriate staff members.
- **Office Maintenance**:
- Maintain a tidy and organised reception area.
- Report and coordinate minor office maintenance issues.
- **Technology Proficiency**:
- Operate and manage office equipment, such as desktops and printers.
- Familiarity with basic computer software for data entry and communication.
**Qualifications**:
- Diploma / Degree or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Professional and friendly demeanor.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic office equipment.
