- Ensure 90% of IFA are Active every month
- Work on Inactive IFA to make them Active
- Advising IFA clients on various investment ideas based on the suitability to their risk
- profile, return expectation, asset allocation, liquidity needs etc.
- Responsible for delivering SIP / Lump sum targets
- Up selling of Third party financial products Life & Non-Life Insurance, Mutual Fund - SIP etc.
- Deliver outstanding customer service with enthusiasm and a winning smile.
- Should have good communication and convincing skills
- Should be open to work in target-oriented environment
- Target will be given as per yearly budget to the Region and that has to be achieved
