bluehawks, India's trusted brand for study abroad aspirants, an Edtech company based out of Punjab, is seeking dynamic and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Inside Sales Executives. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers with a B.Tech, B.Sc, B.Com, BBA, or MBA degree to kick-start their career in sales and contribute to the growth of a reputable Edtech organization.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct market research to identify potential study abroad aspirants and understand their needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with students, understanding their aspirations and helping them make informed decisions.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Follow up on inquiries and leads, ensuring timely conversion into enrollments.
- Provide excellent customer service and address any inquiries or concerns from students and their families.

**Requirements**:

- Fresh graduates with a degree in B.Tech, B.Sc, B.Com, BBA, or MBA are encouraged to apply.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passionate about education and helping students achieve their study abroad goals.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude towards sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic knowledge of sales techniques and customer relationship management (CRM) tools is a plus.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

**Salary**: ₹12,500.00 - ₹18,500.00 per month
