**Position: IT Recruiter**

**Job Description**:
**Talent Acquisition Strategy**: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet hiring goals.

**Collaboration**: Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, job specifications, and cultural fit.

**Compliance**: Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies throughout the hiring process.

**Relationship Building**: Foster relationships with universities, organizations, and networks to build a talent pipeline.

**Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

Proven work experience as a recruiter, preferably in domestic recruitment.

Familiarity with various sourcing techniques and applicant tracking systems (ATS).

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
