Dispatch Agent

**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:
Monitor real-time Load Board and making adjustments to routes as necessary to minimize delays. Continuous Monitoring is required.

**Communication**:

- Maintain constant communication with brokers & drivers and provide them with instructions, updates, and any necessary information.
- Act as a point of contact for drivers, clients, and internal teams, addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.

**Load Assignment**:

- Assign appropriate shipments to available trucks based on factors such as size, weight, and destination.
- Ensure prompt delivery once the load is booked.

**Customer Service**:

- Maintain a positive and professional relationship with clients, addressing inquiries, and providing exceptional customer service.
- Handle customer concerns and provide resolution while maintaining a focus on maintaining positive relationships.

**Qualifications**:
**Any previous logistics experience is an added advantage.**
- MUST BE FLUENT in English language.
- Proven experience as a trucking dispatcher or in a similar logistics role.
- Strong knowledge of transportation regulations and industry best practices.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Availability to work in shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- Familiarity with geographic locations and routes.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
