About G2’s Intern Program

G2’s Intern Program is back for the third summer, and we’re excited to have it be the biggest one yet You’ll be paired with an Intern Mentor who will guide you through your internship and set you up for success. All interns will be invited to participate in Professional Development and Social events. The Program will close with G2’s Mid-Year Meetup celebration, a global Hybrid event where you’ll be able to meet the majority of our US-based teams.

G2’s 2023 Summer Intern Program will be Hybrid - Interns are expected to work out of our Bangalore office.

About The Role

The data science team creates features by collaborating with stakeholders, analyzing and building a variety of data science models, and promoting those models into a stable production environment. The data science / MLOps intern will develop these skills with a special focus creating resilient ML systems. You will learn through example and mentorship from the data science manager and senior team members.

As a member of the Data Science team you’ll be given the chance to work on a projects that creates real value by turning data science algorithms into production ready models. Responsibilities will include:
Help promote pre-defined models into production using AWS machine learning tools
Implement ML governance best practices, including continuous training, monitoring and alerting

**Requirements**:
A rising Senior at an accredited college or university
Statistical programming experience (R/Python)
Some familiarity with Machine Learning and/or NLP algorithms
Experience with cloud ML infrastructure tools (AWS Sagemaker, etc)
Experience with CI/CD workflows
Attention to detail and concern for accuracy.
Self-motivated and able to work collaboratively and independently, delivering on assigned tasks and responsibilities.
Strong written and verbal communication skills
