**Position: Cricket Coach**

**Location:NISER cricket Ground**

**Responsibilities**:

- Design and implement effective coaching strategies to enhance the team's performance.
- Conduct practice sessions focusing on skill development, fitness, teamwork, and strategy.
- Analyze individual player strengths and areas for improvement, providing personalized coaching.
- Foster a positive and motivating environment that encourages players to excel both individually and as a team.
- Plan and execute match strategies that adapt to various game scenarios.
- Collaborate with team management to ensure holistic player development.

**Selection Procedure**:
As part of our selection process, we invite applicants to share their coaching strategy in response to this ad. If shortlisted, you will have the exciting opportunity to conduct a one-day training session with the NISER Cricket Team. The session will serve as a platform for you to showcase your coaching prowess. If the team resonates with your coaching style and finds value in your training, you may secure the final coaching position.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a cricket coach with a track record of elevating team performance.
- Strong understanding of cricket techniques, strategies, and match dynamics.
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to create a positive and inclusive team culture.
- Qualifications or certifications in coaching are a plus.

**Job Type**: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 4-5 months

**Salary**: ₹350.00 - ₹500.00 per hour
