Finalcial Research Internship

**Responsibility**:

- Performing financial spreading in Excel Spreadsheet of private companies across multiple industries in an accurate and timely manner.
- Expert competency in financial statements (balance sheet, P&L, income statement, notes to accounts), in-depth understanding of the structure & flow of elements of financial statements of different industry verticals prepared under various GAAPs.
- An ability to analyse the financial statements and detect anomalies in data and reports.
- Ability to interpret the financial statements, using various financial & business ratios.
- Valuation support through trading and transaction comparable.
- Preparing pitch books, investment memorandum and investment teasers for sale and fundraising transactions.
- Preparing periodic industry trackers and white papers covering M&A transactions, fundraising mandates, valuation movements and recent trends and developments.
- Maintaining client relationships through effective verbal and written communication in English.
- Meet project timelines and quality of deliverables in a manner to ensure high client satisfaction.
- Conducting quality control check of the outgoing reports of other team members.
- Other activities include structuring deliverables / teams and developing new capabilities / new research products.
