**Job Title: Security Supervisor**

**Location: Bangalore, Karnataka, India**

**Job Description**:
As a Security Supervisor, you will oversee security operations in various settings, including apartments, commercial spaces, schools, and malls. Your role will involve managing a team of security personnel, ensuring compliance with security protocols, and maintaining a safe environment for residents, customers, students, and employees.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Team Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of security guards and personnel stationed at apartments, commercial spaces, schools, and malls. Provide leadership, guidance, and support to ensure effective performance and adherence to security procedures.

2. Security Operations: Oversee day-to-day security operations, including access control, patrolling, and surveillance of premises. Monitor CCTV cameras, alarms, and other security systems to detect and prevent unauthorized entry, theft, or vandalism.

3. Risk Assessment: Conduct regular security assessments to identify potential risks and vulnerabilities in apartments, commercial spaces, schools, and malls. Implement appropriate security measures and protocols to mitigate risks and ensure the safety of occupants and assets.

4. Emergency Response: Develop and implement emergency response plans and procedures tailored to each location, including apartments, commercial spaces, schools, and malls. Coordinate with local authorities and emergency services to respond promptly and effectively to security incidents or emergencies.

5. Client Liaison: Establish and maintain positive relationships with residents, tenants, school administrators, mall management, and other stakeholders. Address security concerns, inquiries, or requests in a timely and professional manner.

6. Training and Development: Provide training and ongoing development opportunities for security personnel to enhance their skills and knowledge. Conduct drills and simulations to prepare staff for various security scenarios and emergencies.

7. Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards pertaining to security operations in apartments, commercial spaces, schools, and malls. Stay informed about emerging security threats and best practices to continuously improve security measures.

Qualifications:
1. Education: Minimum of a high school or equivalent qualification. Additional certifications or training in security management or related fields are desirable.

2. Experience: Proven experience in security operations, with a minimum of 2-3 years in a supervisory or managerial role. Experience in securing apartments, commercial spaces, schools, or malls is preferred.

3. Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and supervisory skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. Demonstrated ability to make sound decisions, resolve conflicts, and maintain composure under pressure.

4. Security Knowledge: Thorough understanding of security principles, practices, and technologies relevant to apartments, commercial spaces, schools, and malls. Familiarity with access control systems, CCTV surveillance, and emergency response procedures.

5. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders, including residents, tenants, school staff, mall management, and external partners.

6. Problem-Solving Abilities: Proactive approach to identifying security risks and implementing effective solutions. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail to assess complex situations and develop appropriate responses.

7. Physical Fitness: Capable of performing duties that may require standing, walking, or patrolling for extended periods. Maintain physical fitness and agility to respond quickly to security incidents or emergencies.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
