- Maintaining and organizing both physical and digital records (e.g., employee files, contracts, invoices).
- Managing and updating databases, filing systems, and other record-keeping tools.

**5. Document Preparation and Handling**:

- Preparing reports, presentations, and other documents for meetings or project purposes.
- Handling confidential information with discretion and ensuring its proper storage.

**6. Financial Administration**:

- Assisting with budgeting, invoice processing, and expense reports.

**7. Event Coordination**:

- Organizing company events, such as team-building activities, meetings, conferences, or social gatherings.
- Arranging logistics, venue booking, catering, and any other event-related tasks.

**8. HR and Employee Support**:

- Assisting with employee onboarding, maintaining employee records, and supporting HR processes.
- Helping with payroll administration, benefits management, and other HR-related tasks
