Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:

- **BIM Model Development**: Develop and manage detailed BIM models for architectural projects, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- **Coordination**: Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to integrate design and construction requirements into the BIM model.
- **Quality Control**: Conduct regular reviews and quality checks of BIM models to ensure they meet project specifications and industry standards.
- **Documentation**: Prepare detailed architectural drawings and documentation from BIM models, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and schedules.
- **Clash Detection**: Perform clash detection and resolve conflicts within the BIM model, coordinating with relevant teams to implement solutions.
- **Standards Compliance**: Ensure all BIM models adhere to company standards, industry best practices, and client requirements.
- **Project Management**: Assist in project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation for BIM-related tasks.

Qualifications:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or a related field.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in BIM software (Revit, ArchiCAD, etc.) and other relevant tools (AutoCAD, Navisworks, etc.).
- **Knowledge**: Strong understanding of architectural design principles, building codes, and construction methods.
- **Communication**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
- **Attention to Detail**: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of work.

Preferred Skills:

- **Certification**: Professional certification in BIM (e.g., Autodesk Certified Professional) is a plus.
- **Problem-Solving**: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
