**Job Overview**:
The Staff Nurse is responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care to patients, collaborating with the healthcare team, and ensuring the overall well-being of patients within the assigned unit or department.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Patient Care**:

- Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop comprehensive nursing care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor and document patients' vital signs, symptoms, and responses to treatments.
- Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families.
- **Collaboration and Communication**:

- Work collaboratively with physicians, healthcare professionals, and support staff to ensure coordinated and effective patient care.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the healthcare team to facilitate optimal patient outcomes.
- Participate in patient care conferences and contribute to the development of care plans.
- **Documentation**:

- Maintain accurate and detailed medical records, including nursing assessments, care plans, and progress notes.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and organizational policies in documentation.
- **Adherence to Protocols and Procedures**:

- Follow established nursing protocols, procedures, and guidelines to provide safe and effective patient care.
- Adhere to infection control practices and contribute to maintaining a clean and safe environment.
- **Professional Development**:

- Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with advancements in nursing practice.
- Participate in training programs, workshops, and continuing education opportunities.

**Qualifications**:
**ANM / GNM/BSC NURSING MUST**
- Degree or diploma in nursing from an accredited institution.
- Current and valid nursing license in the relevant jurisdiction.
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.
- Strong clinical and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in a similar healthcare setting is often preferred.

**Working Conditions**:

- The Staff Nurse may work in shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Exposure to various healthcare settings such as hospitals, clinics, or long-term care facilities.

SALARY-20K PER MONTH

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
