- **About the department**

Global Finance GBS Bangalore was established in 2007, is currently responsible for supporting Accounting, Finance & Procurement, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) for Headquarters, North America, International Operations (IO), Product Supply & GBS Bangalore. The main purpose of our existence is to provide superior service to our stakeholders consistently and add value to the processes in terms of standardisation and efficiency.

- **The Position**

As a Business Analyst you will drive finance transformation of excel based sales forecasting model to GFP enabled sales forecasting where in you will be responsible for unified procedure updates and overviews, develop further training materials, drive improvements for data collection/consolidation, ability to adapt existing Excel based models, liaison, and coordination with stakeholders.

Managed or part of finance transformation/projects/implementation in experience.
- Functional knowledge - working experience in financial planning & analysis, supporting sales forecasting in previous roles, data analytics, business intelligence partnering, or similar role.
- Sales Model Expert, Financial modelling skills (in Excel).
- Must have In-depth SAP BW knowledge. Proficient with PC-tools, extensive knowledge of MS Office.
- Proficient in Budgeting process Support to Improve Processes and Secure Alignment.
**Qualifications**

Master’s in finance (or equivalent) from a well-recognised institute.
- Minimum 6 plus years of work experience.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical industry is an advantage.
- Working knowledge of VBA / Power BI / Qlik Sense is an added advantage.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into meaningful insights.
- Innovative mindset and interest in process excellence, technology.
- Ability to present complex data in a clear, simple, and structured fashion.
- Experience in commercial area or conceptional understanding of sales forecasting processes considered additional strength.
- Financial Modelling & Visualisation Support.
- Training and support in SOP Creation.
- Pro-activeness and problem solver.
- Ability to handle and prioritise several tasks.
- A team player and good collaborator.
- Strong stakeholder management experience.
