**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Agriculture Trainer to join our skill development program under the National Skills Qualifications Framework (NSQF). As a trainer, you will be responsible for imparting comprehensive training to aspiring professionals in the agriculture industry, equipping them with the necessary knowledge and skills to excel in the dynamic world of sales and marketing. Your expertise in Agriculture operations, sales techniques, customer service, and marketing strategies will be crucial in shaping the future workforce in this field.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct training sessions on Agriculture in accordance with the NSQF curriculum, ensuring adherence to the prescribed learning outcomes and assessment standards.
- Develop lesson plans, training materials, and resources to support effective delivery of the course content.
- Implement a learner-centric approach to engage participants and address their specific learning needs through interactive and practical training methods.
- Train students on the use of modern Agriculture technologies, Point of Sale (POS) systems, inventory management, and customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
- Provide guidance on effective sales techniques, negotiation skills, and customer service best practices to enhance the employability of trainees.
- Introduce students to various marketing strategies, including digital marketing, visual merchandising, and promotional campaigns, fostering a well-rounded understanding of the marketing landscape.
- Collaborate with industry experts and Agriculture organizations to organize guest lectures, workshops, and industry visits, exposing trainees to real-world scenarios and market trends.
- Monitor and evaluate trainees' progress through formative and summative assessments, providing constructive feedback and support for continuous improvement.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, assessments, and training-related data, ensuring compliance with program guidelines.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and advancements in Agriculture practices to continuously update and enhance the training curriculum.
- Assist in conducting examinations and assessments as required by the NSQF program guidelines.
- Participate in training-related meetings, workshops, and professional development sessions to stay updated with the latest teaching methodologies and industry practices.

**Requirements**:

- Post graduate in agriculture/horticulture from a recognised institution/university with at least 1 year of work/teaching experience.
- In-depth knowledge of Agriculture operations, sales techniques, marketing strategies, and customer service principles.
- Familiarity with the National Skills Qualifications Framework (NSQF) and its guidelines is advantageous.
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to effectively engage learners.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage a diverse group of trainees.
- Patient, approachable, and supportive demeanor to foster a positive learning environment.
- Proficiency in using technology for instructional purposes, including multimedia presentations and e-learning platforms.
- Flexibility to adapt to the changing needs of the training program and industry requirements.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team and industry partners to achieve program objectives.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
