**Seeking faculty in Inorganic chemistry for CSIR-NET and GATE Teaching**

Do you hold an MSc or PhD from prestigious institutions like IITs, NITs, or IISER, and have successfully qualified in any of CSIR-NET, GATE, or JAM? **Position**: Temporary faculty (Inorganic Chemistry) - CSIR-NET and GATE

Remuneration: ₹20000 -₹25000 per week

**Qualifications**:

- MSc or PhD in Chemistry from renowned institutions such as IITs, NITs, or IISER.
- Successful qualification in any of CSIR-NET, GATE, or JAM in Chemistry.
- Profound expertise in Chemistry, particularly in CSIR-NET and GATE-relevant topics.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to simplify complex concepts.
- Passion for teaching and mentoring.
- Preferably a resident of Kerala (Malayalam)

**Topics to be covered**

Co-ordination chemistry, Organometallic Chemistry, Inorganic Spectroscopy, and major portions from the main block

(Each topic should be instructed to align with CSIR NET and GATE preparation standards)

**Responsibilities**:
**Effective Teaching**: Deliver lectures with clarity, enthusiasm, and the ability to simplify intricate topics, fostering a deeper understanding among students.

**Problem Solving**: Provide solutions to challenging problems and conduct problem-solving sessions to help students grasp problem-solving techniques and strategies required for these exams.

**Assessment and Evaluation**: Develop quizzes, tests, and mock exams that accurately reflect the format and difficulty level of CSIR-NET and GATE. Provide timely feedback on student performance and progress.

**Doubt Resolution**: Be available to address students' questions and doubts, either during regular class hours or through dedicated Q&A sessions, ensuring that students' concerns are addressed promptly.

**Communication**: Maintain clear and effective communication with students, keeping them informed about class schedules, changes, and any relevant updates.

**Feedback and Improvement**: Solicit feedback from students and use it to continually improve teaching methods, materials, and the overall learning experience.

**Accessibility**: Ensure that course materials and resources are accessible to all students, accommodating diverse learning styles and needs.
