**Job Title: Data Entry Operator**

**Job Summary**:
A data entry operator is responsible for inputting, updating, and maintaining data within an organization's database or information management system. They ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of data entry tasks to support effective decision-making and business operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Data Entry**: Input and update data accurately and efficiently into the organization's database or information management system using designated software or tools.
- **Data Verification**: Verify the accuracy and completeness of data entered by cross-checking with source documents or information, ensuring data integrity and reliability.
- **Data Maintenance**: Regularly update and maintain existing data records, including adding new information, modifying outdated information, and deleting obsolete records.
- **Quality Control**: Conduct quality checks on data entry tasks to identify and correct errors, inconsistencies, or discrepancies, ensuring high-quality and reliable data output.
- **Documentation**: Maintain documentation and records related to data entry activities, including log sheets, error reports, and data validation reports, for audit and reference purposes.
- **Confidentiality**: Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and maintain data security and confidentiality protocols to protect privacy and prevent unauthorized access.
- **Deadline Adherence**: Prioritize and complete data entry tasks within specified time frames and deadlines, ensuring timely delivery and responsiveness to business needs.
- **Communication**: Coordinate with other team members, supervisors, or stakeholders to clarify data requirements, resolve discrepancies, and ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
- **Continuous Improvement**: Identify opportunities for process optimization, efficiency enhancement, and automation in data entry workflows to streamline operations and improve productivity.
- **Compliance**: Adhere to relevant laws, regulations, and organizational policies governing data management, privacy, and security, ensuring compliance and risk mitigation.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Proven experience as a data entry operator or similar role, with strong typing skills and proficiency in data entry software and tools.
- Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to maintain data integrity.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
- Knowledge of data management principles, confidentiality requirements, and regulatory compliance standards.
- Adaptability and willingness to learn new technologies, tools, and processes to improve job performance and efficiency.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹8,553.83 - ₹15,316.37 per month
