**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the Central Sterile Services Department (CSSD) operations, ensuring compliance with healthcare standards and protocols.
- Supervise and train staff on sterilization processes, equipment handling, and infection control procedures.
- Manage the sterilization of surgical instruments, medical devices, and other equipment.
- Develop and implement department policies and procedures to maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety.
- Ensure proper maintenance and functioning of sterilization equipment.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of sterilization processes, equipment maintenance, and inventory.
- Coordinate with surgical and nursing teams to meet their sterile supply needs promptly.
- Monitor and manage departmental budget, ensuring cost-effective operations.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements and best practices in sterilization and infection control.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 15 years of experience in CSSD operations.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- In-depth knowledge of sterilization techniques, equipment, and infection control standards.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
- Certification in Sterile Processing or related field is preferred.
