**Summary**:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented store executive to join our dynamic team at Urmilla Entreprise Pvt Ltd. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the efficient and accurate management of our equipment inventory, contributing significantly to our customer satisfaction and operational success.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Inventory Management**:

- Receive, store, and issue rental equipment and related parts accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain comprehensive inventory records using warehouse management software (WMS) or SAP.
- Conduct regular inventory cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies.
- Monitor stock levels and identify potential stockouts to initiate timely replenishment orders.
- Implement and maintain proper storage procedures to ensure the safety and security of equipment and parts.
- **Equipment Handling**:

- Operate material handling equipment (e.g., forklifts) safely and efficiently to move equipment within the warehouse.
- Prepare equipment for shipment, ensuring proper packing and securing to prevent damage during transportation.
- Coordinate and oversee the loading and unloading of equipment onto trucks and trailers.
- **Data Management and Analysis**:

- Enter and maintain accurate data related to equipment movement, stock levels, and rentals in relevant software systems (e.g., Tally, SAP).
- Generate reports on inventory performance metrics and analyze data to identify areas for improvement.
- Participate in inventory control initiatives to optimize stock levels and minimize costs.
- **Customer Service and Negotiation**:

- Interact with internal and external customers to answer inquiries, provide information, and resolve issues related to equipment availability.
- Assist in resolving equipment discrepancies and damage claims.
- Participate in negotiations with vendors to secure favorable pricing and terms for equipment purchases.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (preferred).
- 0-3 years of experience in a warehouse or stores environment, preferably in the equipment rental industry.
- Fluency in Telugu and Hindi (essential).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite, warehouse management software (WMS), and data analysis tools (desired).
- Working knowledge of SAP (desired).
- Experience operating material handling equipment (e.g., forklifts) (a plus).
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
