Sushi Chef

We are looking for a sushi chef who has experience in japanese cuisine and has knowledge of how to make all sushi, nigiri, sashimi and uramaki rolls

1) Should assist the chef in all the mise prep required to make sushi and all other items for the japanese kitchen

2) Should be able to maintain hygeine of the kitchen and self, and ensure proper sanitation or working area and all the items for food storage.

3) Should be able to remeber and adhere to the recipes of the food as fixed the chef

4) should be able to innovate and work with the team on creation of new recipies.

5) Should be able to have knowledge of raw fish and handling of raw fish

6) should be a team player and support the team as and when required,

**Salary**: ₹12,447.69 - ₹30,000.00 per month
