Qualification: Graduation in any Diciplain

Experience : 2 to 4 years in relevant field

1) Handling of Total Store as incharge

2) Knowledge of the spare parts

3) Developing store strategies to raise customers' pool, expand store traffic and optimize profitability.

4) Meeting sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to store staff.

5) Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures

6) Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards

7) Report on buying trends, customer needs, profits etc

8) Propose innovative ideas to increase market share

9) responsible for overseeing the daily operations of their store, making sure it runs smoothly and effectively.

Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
