Overseeing testing activities and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, particularly in formulation testing.
- You will be responsible for developing and implementing microbiological testing protocols, ensuring their alignment with regulatory standards and industry best practices, particularly in formulation analysis.Overseeing daily operations, you will participate in method validation studies, equipment qualification activities, and laboratory investigations, particularly those related to formulation testing.Providing direction, mentorship, and support to your team, particularly in the area of formulation testing, will drive continuous improvement and ensure the delivery of high-quality pharmaceutical products.
- To manage day-to-day operations, you will represent the microbiology department in cross-functional meetings, regulatory inspections, and quality audits, providing leadership and expertise in formulation testing.
Previous experience working in a pharmaceutical quality control microbiology laboratory is essential. Experience with microbial identification methods, such as PCR, MALDI-TOF, or biochemical assays. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to interpret complex microbiological data, identify trends or deviations, and propose effective solutions or corrective actions. Demonstrated leadership skills and experience in supervising, mentoring, and developing a team of microbiology professionals are essential. Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey technical information effectively.
